A dirty van with your name on it is advertising too.
Scheduled interior and exterior maintenance for work vans, trucks and company cars across New Haven County, the Valley and central Connecticut. A named day, one invoice a month, and a photographed condition report on every vehicle so you know what state your fleet is actually in.
This is not fleet washing, and it shouldn't be priced like it.
Worth being straight about, because the two get confused and the comparison does neither of us any favors.
Per unit, exterior only
A crew with a pressure rig and water reclamation, doing thirty trucks at a depot after hours. Ten minutes a vehicle. Nobody opens a door. It is a genuinely good service and if that is what you need, you should buy that instead of this — we will happily tell you so and point you at someone.
Per vehicle, inside included
Hand work, one van, on your site. The exterior gets done properly and — the part almost nobody sells on a schedule — so does the cab. That is where your driver spends eight hours a day and where your customer sits down.
The gap is deliberate. Every fleet operator we can find sells exterior washing and treats interiors as an occasional extra. A trade van's interior is the part that gets genuinely bad, the part a pressure washer physically cannot reach, and the part your customers notice. It is also the work a one-van operation is actually better at.
Pick the one that matches the problem.

Cargo areas, ladder racks, shampoo and extraction, headliners and heavy grease are quoted separately — they are real work and pretending otherwise is how a contract goes sour in month three.
Per vehicle, per visit. Published, like everything else here.
The discount is for vehicles at one site on one visit, not for how many the company owns. That is the honest version: what we save is the drive and the setup, not the labour, so that is what gets passed on.
| Vehicles on site | Weekly | Every 2 weeks | Monthly |
|---|
Sedans, company cars and small vans. Cargo vans and pickups +$10 per vehicle; box trucks and anything over 10,000 lb by quote. Minimum $180 per visit — a two-van weekly stop does not pay for the drive, so small fleets usually land on biweekly or monthly, and we will say so rather than sell you the wrong frequency.
A photographed condition report on every vehicle, every visit.
Your actual problem probably isn't dirty vans. It is not knowing what state your fleet is in — which one picked up a dent, whose bumper is hanging, which cab has been lived in for three weeks.
We are already stood at every vehicle with a phone in hand. So each visit you get a dated set of photos per vehicle, plus anything worth flagging: fresh damage, a tire that looks low, a warning light on the dash, a leak under a van. It costs us nothing and it is usually the reason people renew.
The boring things that actually decide it.
What we won't take on.
One van and one person. Saying yes to the wrong contract means failing somebody, and it is cheaper for both of us to work that out now.
That is a pressure-rig job with a crew and water reclamation. We would be slower and dearer and you would be right to be annoyed.
Volume used-car prep runs $40–60 a car and is won on speed. It would eat every hour we have at a rate that makes it worse than the consumer work it displaces.
We carry our own water and capture what we sensibly can, but a vehicle needs about 15 feet around it and somewhere for water to go that isn't a storm drain full of soap.
Different equipment, different insurance. We will tell you on sight and not charge you for the visit.
Not a refusal, just the rule: if a van is out on a job when we arrive, it rolls to the next visit at no charge. If more than half the roster is missing twice running, we will ring you and change the day rather than keep turning up to an empty lot.
Tell us what you run.
A real number back the same working day, and a site visit before anything is signed — we would rather look at the vans than guess at them.
Got it.
Reference —. You'll get a real number back the same working day, and we'll come and look at the vehicles before anything is signed.
Sooner is fine too — (203) 592-9589.
